About Elizabeth
Shalom friend,
I’m Elizabeth.
As a clinical social worker, I’ve spent years working with families in their most vulnerable moments, helping them navigate trauma, resilience, and the messy, beautiful work of healing. I’ve had the privilege of working within various clinical and research settings with a passion for supporting vulnerable communities. Whether sitting with a child in a therapy room or behind the scenes shaping programs and policies, my heart has always been drawn to those seeking hope and wholeness.
Over time, I’ve witnessed how powerfully our stories shape us—how our experiences of pain and joy, fear and courage, all become part of the lens through which we see ourselves and move through the world. Most importantly, I’ve come to understand that healing isn’t something we simply offer to others—it’s something we’re called to wrestle with, live into, and allow ourselves to receive. It’s ongoing. Tender. Brave. And deeply human.
This is why I write.
Dear fellow journeyer, welcome to my little space where I share glimpses of my own becoming, my wrestling with and movement towards wholeness. You’ll find reflections on joy and grief, strength and struggle, all woven together as I live into the beautifully unfinished story God is writing in and through me. This isn’t a space for perfection—it’s a space for presence, where we can lay down the pressure to have it all figured out and instead embrace what it means to be real.
Join me as I reflect on themes of faith, motherhood, growth, and grace – and what it means to show up, again and again, trusting that even our most imperfect steps are part of something sacred.
